This is somewhere inbetween 1980-85 while riding for Peugeot. Possibly the 1984 Tour de France? (Took King of the Mountains classification). Could also be Paris-Nice?

Either way, the Scotsman was the only rider from an English speaking country to ever have taken the Polka Dot. Also a devout Vegetarian.
